Founded in 1946 by the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, Flat Rock provides campers with a safe, value-centered and educational experience in the out-of-doors. WebFlat Rock River Camp totally failed to meet our expectations for our 14 year old daughter's week at summer camp. We registered her for Ranch camp which was to provide 1/2 day (everyday) of instruction on the caring, riding, and management of horses.
