WebApr 13, 2010 · My Funk is the rail type and never had a governor or aluminum hood extension . I'm going with the shade tree theory on my 8N. It did have a slanted truck intake but with a cast iron wedge adaptor to set the carb straight .The word "Funk" is cast into the bellhousing adaptor.
