B and I have got 6 additional Chassis Fans in perfect airflow. The idle temps of my CPU are between 27 - 32 degrees, the load temperatur (BF1 in 64 players map) is around 58 - 64 degrees. However, it's only running at 4.0 with stock cooler and I may have a good chip. At 4.4 and 40C at Idle with the Cooler you have I think it's ok.
